1. Agreement
By using Prayer Collector, also presented as Prayer Power within the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Personal, lawful use
You may use the App for personal, lawful journaling and reflection. You are responsible for the content you create, select, export, or share and for respecting the privacy and intellectual-property rights of others.
3. Your content
You retain rights in content you create. The developer does not claim ownership of your prayer entries or selected photos. The App stores content locally and does not provide a developer-operated cloud backup or recovery service.
4. Not professional advice
The App is a personal journaling tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, pastoral, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for qualified help or emergency services.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and App Store requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device configuration.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of locally stored or exported content, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
